God is a sending God. He sent Jesus to the world to live with us, to teach us a new way of living, and to die on a Roman cross and come back to life in victory over evil.
Someone once said that the church doesn’t have a mission, rather God’s mission has a church. Jesus sends us to be salt that preserves and light that shines in the darkness. Even though we are not perfect, God sends us to live and tell the good news of how Jesus restores our lives.
At Hope we live sent by Jesus where we work, live, and play by serving our community and supporting those in need. We also partner with missionary workers in our community and around the world.
